Because a woman should 'know her place' and leave that sort of thing up to the men, right? It pisses me off how many people still think like that, even when I was helping run my husband's business.

It sounds like your world's pretty old fashioned...

Back in the worlds I've visited, plenty of women were in charge.

And it sounds like here it's the same. Come to think of it, two of the Guild Leaders are women, too. They seem pretty flighty and unreliable, but there must be some reason they kept their powers.

I got to learn something pretty neat things from one of them, so I don't think they're all that what it seems on first glance.
