it takes a suspiciously short time for him to answer the door, and it may be a surprise he is not wearing his normal clothes. in fact, he probably seems incredibly underdressed all things considered--at least for him. just a plain t-shirt, loose trousers.
he just didn't want to ruin any other clothes after everything. }
